GURUS: have been working with Global Group since its inception in 2002. The challenge then was to bring a fresh and innovative approach to the HR sector. The group utilised technology to drive its business model and expand the business globally.

At the core of our business are our medical recruitment companies: Global Medics and Doctors on Call, for permanent and temporary positions in both the public and private sectors. We appreciate that medical recruitment is much more than just finding people to fill vacancies, and therefore supplement our recruitment business with our managed service provision and our healthcare advisory.
Our managed service business provides numerous process outsourcing solutions to clients, whilst the advisory business supports clients at strategic, tactical and operational levels to inform sound resource management strategies. Throughout our portfolio of international clients we provide consultation and solutions for: budget control; locum and permanent strategic workforce supply; continuity of clinical care, compliance; payroll and financial reporting.
The Job Board allows for both an industry specific global vacancy platform and doctors’ web based career management system. It provides a unique and free service to our clients and candidates alike.
