GURUS has been a roster digital agency for Disney for over 12 years. During this time we have participated in lots of different projects across Disney’s EMEA region.

The stand out projects for us have been:
Star Ticket
Without a doubt the pinnacle of our work with Disney has been being part of the team that delivered the successful Star Ticket project that resulted in a Bafta for best Interactive TV 2003.
Star Ticket gave Disney Channel viewers the chance to perform in a real band in front at the Disney Channel Kids Awards.
GURUS created a website and an interactive TV app on Sky TV from which viewers could cast their votes.
The program and subsequent Disney Channel Kids Awards event was hugely successful and highlighted how Interactive TV could be used alongside traditional programming.
GURUS really enjoyed this project which allowed us to flex our technical minds – and besides the kids had a great day out!

Alongside Star Ticket, we were also involved in creating and managing the content on the Disney Channel Kids Awards website. It was great to be able to work with the highly motivated people at Disney Channel to support a great event.
